There is a 1-hour minimum for all rentals. Rates will be rounded up to the next hour. Rentals may be subject to maximum rental duration or rental boundaries. All rentals must be returned by 5pm. Guests who exceed the maximum rental duration or do not return the vessel by close will be charged an additional fee of $100 per vessel. All rentals are subject to state and local taxes calculated at the time of check-out. Total combined weight capacity of kayaks must not exceed 400lbs.

Children ages 7 or under must be in a Kayak with an adult and be able to safely sit independently while wearing a PFD. Children ages 8-14 are welcome to paddle in a boat by themselves, however, a parent or guardian needs to be present on the water with them. Children aged 14-17 are required to have their waiver completed and signed by their parent/guardian but then are welcome to enjoy the bay on their own.

Cancellations and Reservation Changes must be made by contacting us no less than 24 hours prior to the day of the scheduled activity to receive a refund.
